Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns:
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Return shipping will be arranged by ApnaGhharana or reimbursed if the return is due to damage or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Items on clearance or marked "Final Sale".

 

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item is damaged or incorrect, email apnaghharana@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on product availability.
Replacement will be done within 5 business days.
